ABOUT HOSPITAL
Kinder Women and Children's Hospital, Kollam, at Randamkutty in Kilikollur, is one of the newest centres of the Kinder Medical Group, a Singapore-rooted healthcare group focused on women's and children's health. The group's Indian network began with the Kinder Women's Hospital and Fertility Centre at Cherthala in 2011 and has since grown to Kochi, Bengaluru, Alappuzha, Aranmula and, from 2026, Kollam.
The Kollam hospital concentrates on obstetrics, gynaecology, paediatrics and neonatology. Its gynaecology service covers infertility evaluation and minimally invasive gynaecological treatment, giving couples in Kollam access to fertility work-up close to home.
For assisted reproduction, the group's fertility programme, centred on its ART Level 2 registered IVF hospital at Cherthala, offers in vitro fertilisation (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), intrauterine insemination (IUI), egg freezing and male infertility evaluation. The Kollam website does not yet list an on-site IVF laboratory.
Mothers and babies are supported by two labour rooms with advanced fetal monitoring, two operation theatres, a five-bed Level 3 neonatal intensive care unit and a three-bed surgical ICU, along with radiology and diagnostic services.

ABOUT INFRASTRUCTURE
The hospital has two operation theatres and two labour rooms equipped with advanced fetal monitoring. Critical care includes a five-bed Level 3 neonatal intensive care unit and a three-bed surgical ICU.
Radiology and diagnostics cover ultrasound, X-ray and laboratory tests. The total bed count is not published.
